Chen style Tai Chi training throughout Sussex

Come learn and practise your Tai Chi form in the beautiful surroundings of Bishops Palace Gardens. All levels welcome. During this class we will focus upon warm-ups, simple 'silk-reeling' exercises and form practise. There is also an optional half an hour of pushing hands practise from 10 to 10:30.
 
Bishops Palace Gardens is a beautiful park in central Chichester just to the side of the Cathedral. The class will take place in the north-west corner of the park just near the west-gate entrance. If you can't find us call Sam on his mobile 07748 113857. Unless it is really rainy, the class will go ahead in all weather so please dress accordingly.
