Open to all abilties, these classes will introduce and refine the fantastic mind/body principles of Tai Chi. Each class will include simple warm-ups, light stretching and the key movements/exercises from the Chen style of Tai Chi.
Please book your place at reception as numbers are limited.
Beginners: Tuesdays, 12 - 1pm
Intermediate: Thursdays, 10.15 - 11.15am
