Chen style Tai Chi training throughout Sussex

One to one tuition is an excellent option for those students who would like to focus on a specific aspect of their training and deepen their progress. We cover all aspects of the Chen Tai Chi Syllabus, the Yiquan syllabus as taught by Master Yao Chengguang and the five element fists of Xingyiquan.

1:1 lessons with Sam take place in either:

Central Chichester, in the beautiful Bishops Palace Gardens,

West Dean village (just outside Chichester) at Sam's cottage
