Tai Chi in the Park - Our saturday morning classes will restart on 10th April 8-30am til 10 in the Bishops Palace Gardens and not on the 6th March as previously advertised

'Sussex Tai Chi' provided key training sessions at the annual conference for the mental health charity Mind last year in Brighton. The sessions focused on the inextricable link between physical well-being and mental health. Click here for more details

Jo has secondary breast cancer and is trying raise money for a months specialist holistic treatment in Mexico.
