Comprising 23 moves, the Chen Sabre form is simple to learn and practise over a weekend. Regular practise develops fantastic strength and flexibility. Furthermore, the Sabre is particularly wonderful for the spine. As well as covering the whole form the workshop will teach simple sabre warm ups and exercises. Open anybody with some previous Tai Chi experience and those who wish to revise their Sabre form in more detail.
The venue will be the Newell Center, Tozer Way (PO19 7LW) in central Chichester 5mins walk from the train station. There is ample parking. Students are asked to supply their own wooden training sabre available from www.wushudirect.co.uk Sam has a small number of spare sabres for those that need them. There are a 10 places on the workshop so please book with Sam in advance.

Push Hands by the Sea
10 am - 5pm, 7/8th July
Join us for a weekend of pushing hands workshops and free pushing in sunny Bournemouth. Workshops will be run by Karel and Eva Koskuba of the Chinese Internal Arts Association, Sam Moor of Sussex Tai Chi and Alkin Emirali of Brighton Yiquan. All abilties welcome. The workshops will take place outside in the beautiful West Cliff gardens area by the Riviera Hotel, BH2 5HL. There are lots of places to stay nearby.
